Frequently Asked Questions
Do you save participant documents, and can our staff see them?
No to both. Every document Forzara generates is the participant's to save locally, we never store it on our servers or in a cloud, and staff can see milestone status only, not started, pending, or approved, plus any short note a participant voluntarily attaches. They cannot open document content, form inputs, or a permanent case file. Beyond a short, named list of account and program data, there's nothing else kept. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
Will a setback or a bad month show up in any report we generate?
No. Forzara never generates reports about incidents, attendance problems, or anything that could be held against a participant. Reports exist to show what they're capable of, not to build a case against them.
Does the AI write things that aren't true about a participant's experience?
No. Forzara improves how something is said, it doesn't invent what someone did. Participants review and edit every line before anything is finalized.
Can our organization pull its own data out of Forzara automatically?
