Forzara helps reentry programs, probation teams, halfway houses, and workforce partners support people rebuilding after a conviction, with clear milestones, AI powered document tools, and staff visibility limited to progress only. It's the same platform an individual can use entirely on their own; enrolling them through your program only adds your team's visibility into their milestones, never their documents.

Four things your team does most, and exactly what happens when they do them.
Staff Home puts a real two-week calendar next to two live queues: participants who need a review meeting, and participants who've gone quiet with no milestone activity in 30+ days. Grab a participant's card and drag it straight onto a day, drop it on a day where they're already booked and it reschedules instead of double-booking. A short confirm step (pick a time, an optional 280-character note) is the only thing left before it's on the calendar.
Every participant gets a Support Coach assigned from your team, right on their profile and their own home page, so it's always clear who they'd actually reach out to. When a milestone submission needs another look, the reviewing coach leaves a short note explaining what's missing, and that note isn't buried in an internal case file: it shows up directly in the participant's own recent activity the next time they log in, so they know exactly what to fix without a phone call.
Participants message their org's support team straight from their own account. It lands in a shared mailbox any staff member or admin in that org can see and answer, so a question never sits unread just because one specific coach is out that day. Every message body is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, real authenticated encryption, not just a locked database column, and staff only ever get a content-free "a message is waiting" email nudge, never the message text itself sitting in an inbox outside the product.
Not every organization runs the same grant, so each compliance toolkit lives behind a real per-organization switch in Admin Panel → Features, not a fixed module list every account gets whether it applies or not. Turn on Log Service Delivery and Staff Home gets a quick-entry tile for day-to-day counts (meals served, nights of housing, referrals made) plus printable Daily/Weekly and semiannual Second Chance Act Community-Based Reentry compliance forms. Turn on SCA Innovations in Supervision and probation, parole, and pretrial programs get the matching printable packet instead, built against BJA's own ISI performance measures. Turn on Byrne JAG Reporting, HMIS Worksheets, or SAMHSA GPRA Worksheets and each adds its own printable, program-accurate paperwork the same way. Every toggle defaults on or off by org type and can be switched any time.
Either you get useful software, or you protect client privacy. Rarely both.
We store only name, email, join date, and milestone status. Generated documents and the details clients type into tools are never retained.
Coaches and case managers can see whether a milestone is not started, pending, or approved, and any short note the client chooses to attach. They cannot open or download documents.
Clients stop inventing the sequence. Identification, employment, housing, banking, and record relief appear in an order that actually opens the next door.
Resumes, cover letters, landlord letters, and petitions are generated in real time. The client reviews, downloads, and owns them. Nothing is saved on our side.
Invite staff, assign roles, track milestone progress across your caseload, and keep everyone on the same page without creating a surveillance system.
A clear Privacy Policy that documents what's stored, what never is, and how our AI tools handle data, built for Illinois agencies and other partners evaluating reentry software.
This is not a policy promise. It is how the product is built. Coaches and organization staff never have access to the content of resumes, letters, or petitions generated inside Forzara.
Milestone status (not started / pending / approved) and any short note the client voluntarily attaches.
Document content, form inputs used to generate documents, or a permanent personal history.
Name, email, join date, and milestone status. Nothing else. Documents exist only in the client’s browser session.
Tell us your caseload size and what you need. We size a plan around your program, not a fixed tier.
Add coaches and admins. Set roles. Everyone sees only what they need.
Clients create their own accounts. You track milestone progress. Documents stay private.
Review submissions when needed. Celebrate approvals. Keep the focus on forward movement.
Give them a clear sequence, the documents they need, and the dignity of knowing their story stays theirs.
