Everything below shipped on the way from an internal build to a complete platform: grant and funder reporting, coaching tools, participant-facing document and learning tools, and the security work underneath all of it. Future releases will be added to this page as they ship. Security and reliability work is described generically on purpose, so this page never doubles as a map of what used to be weaker. The technical detail behind our security practices lives on the Security page instead.

Developer API, compliance tools, and a refreshed nav

Developer API

  • A read-only REST API for Organization Plan customers to pull their own roster, milestone, and meeting data into other systems, each key scoped to exactly one organization. Docs are openly published, with a field reference and an integrations guide.
  • Scoped, expiring API keys, with an automatic reminder before a key lapses so integrations don't break unexpectedly.
  • A Data Processing Addendum available for organizations that need one on file.

Compliance & case management

  • A new Bed Count & Capacity module: daily and monthly compliance worksheets for housing and shelter programs, with a guide and print view.
  • A new org-wide participant roster for staff, for a quick, single-table view of every participant's status.

Coaching & case management

  • "Summarize with AI" is now available on caseload rosters, CSBG compliance status, meeting history, and individual progress reports — the same one-click, plain-English summary already on the security dashboard.
  • Meetings can now be exported to a calendar app or kept in sync automatically.

Participant tools & guides

  • The Appeal Tool now covers post-conviction relief and habeas corpus petitions, in addition to direct appeals and revocation appeals.

Navigation & interface

  • Refreshed top and sidebar navigation across the app.
  • Consistent toast confirmations for saves and errors, replacing several one-off banners.
  • A perceived-loading indicator across the app, and consistent styled confirmation/alert dialogs in place of the browser's own pop-ups.

Security & privacy

  • A new admin dashboard for reviewing account-security activity, including a plain-English AI-generated summary.
  • Additional automated safeguards against unauthorized data access.
  • An upgraded encryption architecture that makes routine key rotation lighter-weight, with no change to what's stored.
  • Continuous automated secret-scanning and dependency auditing added to our build pipeline.
  • A published Accessibility Statement, backed by a full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance pass across the site.

Grant & funder reporting

  • Full compliance worksheets for Second Chance Act (Community-Based Reentry and Innovations in Supervision), Byrne JAG, HUD HMIS, SAMHSA GPRA, and CSBG/ROMA, each turned on per organization.
  • Every report generates with your organization's own logo on top, with PDF/CSV export for any date range. These are workpapers to help you prepare and double-check your numbers, not a filing service — Forzara doesn't submit anything to a state or federal system on your behalf.
  • A homepage built around organizations, with a dedicated Grant & Funder Reporting spotlight.

Coaching & case management

  • A calendar-based milestone review scheduler for coaches, with drag-and-drop booking.
  • Real-time notifications: a bell dropdown and toast alerts for milestone approvals, new messages, meeting changes, support ticket replies, and account security events, delivered live with no refresh needed.
  • Threaded support tickets, replies kept in one place instead of one-off messages.

Participant tools & guides

  • A 19-item milestone path backed by a matching library of step-by-step guides across housing, employment, identification documents, and more.
  • AI-assisted document tools, including an Affidavit Builder and multi-type Landlord Letters.
  • Study Hall, a built-in reader with a small library of full-length books, and Job Training quizzes covering food handling, workplace safety, and OSHA fundamentals.

Security & privacy

  • Optional SMS-based two-factor authentication, available on every account.
  • Account deletion, correction, and export rights available to residents of every state, not just California.
  • A standalone Health Data Privacy Policy covering exactly what counts as health data on the platform.
