We didn’t build another program.
We built a way through.

A conviction doesn’t end at sentencing. It follows you into every background check, housing, work, even the license to get to either one. Forzara exists because that reality needed a real system, not another pamphlet.

Built by people who've done the work
  • 45+ combined years across engineering, database architecture, and applied security
  • Coaching guidance from people who've worked inside halfway house and transitional housing programs
  • Based in Illinois, built for people rebuilding their lives after a conviction
Our story

Doors don’t close because people stop trying.

They close because the system was never designed to open back up. A rental application asks one question. A job application asks the same one. In many places a conviction can even suspend the license you’d need to get to the interview. None of that has much to do with who you are now, but it follows you anyway.

Most reentry resources hand you a phone number and a folder of links, then leave you to figure out the order, the paperwork, and the follow-through on your own. That’s not a path. That’s a scavenger hunt run by someone who’s already exhausted.

Forzara is built to be the opposite: a clear, ordered system, identification, employment, housing, record relief, with the right tool and the right document at each step, so momentum doesn’t die in a search bar at 11 p.m.

“That’s not a path. That’s a scavenger hunt run by someone who’s already exhausted.”

We are based in Illinois. We built this for people rebuilding their lives, and for the organizations that walk with them.

The Forzara team
Built with dignity. Privacy first. Always.
What that looks like

Four tracks. One system.

Identity & legal, housing & stability, employment, and financial rebuilding, each with the right tool and the right document at every step, plus a Health & Family resource hub and a free Study Hall GED-prep library alongside them. See everything inside each track

Depth of experience

Built by people who’ve done the work.

Every feature, milestone, and document template is built and reviewed by people with real, hands-on experience, not assembled from a generic reentry playbook.

Engineering

The platform is built and maintained by career software engineers with 45+ combined years across full-stack development, database architecture, and applied security, privacy engineered into the product from the first line of code, not bolted on after the fact.

Reentry Support & Coaching

Our coaching guidance comes directly from people who’ve worked inside halfway house and transitional housing programs, so every milestone and document tool reflects how reentry actually plays out, not how it looks on paper.

How we operate

Three principles we don’t bend.

1 Privacy first

We keep only your name, email, and the day you joined. Documents and the details you type into tools are never stored on our servers.

2 On your side

Forzara is not a supervision tool. We do not build case files, keep scores, or report on you. If you’re enrolled through a program, staff see only milestone progress. Never your documents.

3 Clear order

Reentry is hard enough without having to invent the sequence. We give you the next right step, the right document, and a way to keep moving.

Privacy, plainly

We never store your documents. We never sell your data. That’s not a slogan. It’s how the product is built.

Almost nothing is kept

Name, email, and the date you joined. Beyond a couple of narrow exceptions, that’s the list, see our Privacy Policy for the details.

Documents stay yours

Every resume, letter, and petition is generated on request and left for you to save or print. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Not an overlord

No case file. No algorithm keeping score. Coaches see only the progress you choose to share.

Who this is for

Built for people. Useful for programs.

Individuals

If you’re rebuilding after a conviction, Forzara gives you a clear sequence and the documents you need at each step, without creating a permanent record of your story.

  • AI powered document drafts you control
  • Ordered milestones that actually open the next door
  • Nothing stored but your name and email

Organizations

Reentry programs, probation departments, workforce partners, and community organizations can give clients a consistent path while protecting their privacy.

  • Staff see only milestone status, never documents
  • Simple team dashboard and reporting
  • Second Chance Act and funder reporting, generated with your logo
  • Designed to support, not surveil
